To have a claim against the Road Accident Fund, the collision must have occurred within the Republic of South Africa. This does not mean that you would not have a claim, just that the claim would not lie against the Road Accident Fund.

For example, most of the neighbouring states bordering South Africa have a similar legislation in place. We will therefore be in contact with you to see if we are able to assist.
